Cadence Prints Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use https://cadenceprints.com (the “Site”), order from Cadence Prints, or use the Cadence Prints plugin in ChatGPT or another assistant. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Cadence Prints makes custom map prints from GPS activities you provide by connecting Strava or uploading GPX or KML files. We sell unframed prints, framed prints, digital files, and gift cards. Current sizes and prices are shown in the editor and in the FAQ. Prices are in US dollars.

Your activity data and designs

You must have the right to use the activity data you connect or upload. You keep ownership of that data. You give us permission to use it, and the map you design from it, to produce, deliver, and reprint your order. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Every print is made to order from the design you submit, so please check the preview, text, and size before paying. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free to the countries listed in the FAQ. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates from our print and delivery partners, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

Returns and refunds

Because prints are customized and made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or has a quality problem, email hello@kaizhiwei.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Gift cards

Gift cards are emailed to the recipient address given at purchase and can be redeemed toward an order on the Site. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Third-party services

The Site relies on services from Strava, Mapbox, Stripe, and our print partner. Cadence Prints is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Assistant plugin

The Cadence Prints plugin can draw a preview of a map print from a GPX file you attach in the conversation, and answers questions about our products, prices, shipping, and policies. The preview image is free to download and share and carries the Cadence Prints logo. The plugin does not place orders, take payment, or access your Strava account; prints are ordered on the Site. Answers produced by an AI assistant may contain mistakes; the Site is the source of truth for prices and policies.

Liability

The Site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Cadence Prints is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
