Production status during the coronavirus outbreak

We are experiencing slight delays in production and shipping times. Please expect a delay of 3-5 days for your print to be shipped.

What if I don't have a Strava account?

We support GPX files! These can be exported from most fitness tracking devices.

How much is shipping?

What paper do you use?

We use 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art paper, which is a premium, heavyweight and slightly textured fine art paper with a smooth, clean finish.

How do you secure my credit card details?

We use Stripe to handle all transactions using a certified, secure encryption and do not store any financial data ourselves. As such, there's no risk of your credit card information being leaked by us.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Unfortunately since our prints are highly customized and unique for each customer, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you have any issues with the quality of your print, please don't hestitate to reach out and we will try our best to make things right.
